(PT) Teller / Member Service Representative - Edmond Branch - Afternoon Shift Edmond, OK

Part-Time Teller / Member Services Representative Schedule: Monday – Friday: 2:00 p.m. – 6:15 p.m. Saturday: 8:45 a.m. – 1:15 p.m. (Part‑time employees scheduled for 21–29 hours per week) Role Support members with financial transactions, including cash handling and negotiable instruments. Provide quality service, build professional relationships, provide account information and account/loan maintenance, and resolve or refer issues as needed. Attendance is an essential function of performing the duties. Major Duties and Responsibilities 55%: Receive and process member financial transactions—deposits, withdrawals, loan payments; sell money orders and VISA gift cards; transfer balances as directed; balance cash drawer and daily transactions. 20%: Identify members’ needs and promote and cross‑sell credit union products and services. 15%: Welcome members, provide routine information concerning services, and direct members to appropriate department for specific information and service. 10%: Perform miscellaneous tasks, including typing, filing, responding to emails, and answering the telephone. Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
