Business Analyst

Business AnalystThe Management Center's Accounting and Personnel Analysis team is seeking a Business Analyst to support the continued evolution of our enterprise applications and business processes. This role is primarily responsible for supporting the organization's Human Resources and Payroll management systems, with occasional support for ERP Accounting systems as business needs require. Working closely with Human Resources, Payroll and Accounting stakeholders, you will gather and document business requirements, analyze business processes, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, system usability, data accuracy, and regulatory compliance. Areas of focus include employee lifecycle management, payroll processing, organizational structure, time clock and attendance, benefits administration, and related HR business processes.As a key liaison between business users and technical teams, you will translate business needs into scalable system solutions by collaborating with end users, System Analysts, and developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
