Senior Traffic Engineer: Lead ITS & Mobility Projects
HDR
HDR is seeking a Senior Traffic Engineer in Vienna, VA to provide design oversight for roadway, lighting, signing, pavement marking, traffic signals and traffic management system design plans. You will supervise staff on medium to large projects, serve as project manager when needed, and apply ITS expertise to improve mobility and safety across urban and rural highways. The role requires a PE license, 10+ years of ITS/traffic engineering, and proficiency with HCS, CORSIM, Synchro/SIM Traffic and #J-18808-Ljbffr HDR
