Smile Solutions of Baltimore is seeking an experienced, growth-minded Dental Team Support Coordinator who thrives in both clinical and front office settings.

In This Role You Will:

• Assist chairside with efficiency and confidence

• Take digital X-rays ( X-ray certification required )

• Maintain high standards in sterilization and operatory setup

• Support scheduling, patient communication, and insurance verification

• Discuss treatment and financial arrangements with clarity and professionalism

• Contribute to smooth daily flow and strong team communication

• Is X-ray certified and experienced in dental assisting
