This program emphasizes experiential learning across HR operations, labor relations, talent acquisition, and total rewards, combined with continuous coaching and performance feedback.Key ResponsibilitiesYear 1 – HR Foundations (HR Generalist Experience)Participate in onboarding and structured introduction to HR strategy, operating model, and business prioritiesGain exposure to HR generalist responsibilities, ideally within a plant or operational environmentSupport HR administration and HRIS processesDevelop foundational knowledge of employee and labor relations, including:Labor agreements and policiesShadowing employee investigations and case managementBuild practical experience in day-to-day HR operations and employee supportYear 2 – Advanced HR Capabilities (Centers of Expertise Exposure)Develop specialized skills through exposure to one or multiple key HR functions such as:Total Rewards & CompensationSupport salary structuring, job grading, and benchmarkingAssist with pay equity analysisParticipate in compensation benchmarking and benefits designTalent AcquisitionSupport end-to-end recruitment processes including:Sourcing and screeningInterviewing and schedulingParticipate in campus recruiting and job fairsTalent ManagementContribute to the performance management cycleSupport talent discussions and workforce planning activitiesProject & Business SkillsBuild project management capabilitiesParticipate in HR-related projects and initiativesContribute to presentations (e.g., capstone project)Development & Program FeaturesMentorship & Coaching: Ongoing support from HR Business Partners (HRBPs), mentors, and program sponsorsRotations: Exposure to multiple HR functions and environmentsGlobal Exposure: Potential participation in regional or global HR projectsCapstone Project: Final presentation to HR leadership teamPerformance & FeedbackQuarterly performance reviews against rotation objectives9-box assessments following each rotationContinuous feedback from managers, mentors, and HR partnersDocumented development progress to guide final role placementAftercare & Continued DevelopmentOngoing HRBP mentorship and coachingContinued development in:Stakeholder managementInfluence and business partnershipParticipation in regional or global HR projectsQualificationsRequiredBachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field0–3 years of professional experienceDemonstrated learning agility, curiosity, and analytical thinkingWillingness to be mobile (regionally or globally)PreferredPrior internship or exposure to HR or business operationsKey Success FactorsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAdaptability and openness to diverse HR experiencesProactive mindset and willingness to take initiativeCommitment to continuous learning and developmentExcited about this role but don't think you meet every requirement listed?
