Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What You'll Need:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
• Valid SLP license
• Eligibility for or possession of North Dakota SLP certification
• Prior experience supporting students in a school setting

Your Impactful Responsibilities:

• Case manage students requiring speech and language services, creating and implementing individualized intervention plans
• Provide direct therapy to students, adjusting strategies to meet diverse learning needs
• Collaborate with classroom staff, families, and other professionals to ensure best outcomes for every student
• Document sessions, progress, and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Actively participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Utilize evidence-based interventions and data-driven decisions to support student achievement
