Customer Service Representative

Trane Technologies is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Indiana to serve as a customer advocate, driving satisfaction and revenue growth through service agreements and sales opportunities. Responsibilities Acts as a customer advocate to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded, resulting in high satisfaction rates, retention, quotes, pull-through, and service agreement base growth. Provides assistance in the account management process for existing clients, including the identification and execution of additional services. Serves as the primary contact for assigned customers to ensure they are satisfied with existing services, leading to account retention. Collaborates with Service Account Managers to ensure successful execution of service products, renewals, and service agreement renewals. Assesses and evaluates potential service agreement opportunities at startup. Actively makes outbound calls leveraging open WIP, Salesforce reporting, Linkage, Lost SA list, T&M work orders, new equipment start-ups, etc. Owns and updates the asset linkage tool. Follows up on SMP, connectivity reports, VRF lists (outdated equipment lists), and BCU upgrades. Owns follow-ups on expiring quick quotes internally and externally. Owns follow-ups on old non-service agreement customer calls using GANT charts. Qualifications 4+ years of formal education (Business, Engineering) OR 4 years of successful inside sales experience. Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations, such as DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving, or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years. Compensation Annual Base Salary Range: $37,700.00 - $90,000.00. Compensation Type: Salary. Incentive Eligible: Yes.
