Stage RH - Talent Specialist F/H

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in our Brentwood, TN location! In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our growing organization. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process for all positions within the organization. Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate qualifications. Develop job postings and manage job advertisements on multiple platforms. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams. Manage interview scheduling and feedback collection. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws. Participate in job fairs, career events, and networking functions. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate databases and reports. Stay updated on labor laws, diversity hiring practices, and industry trends Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related degree required. ~2-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR required. ~ Internal corporate recruiting experience required. ~ Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment. ~ Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment. ~ Detail-oriented and computer literate. ~ Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information. ~ Full Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, and more! ~
