We are a busy, fast paced Gutters and Roofing company seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of LEAD Seamless Rain Gutter Installer. Candidates must have EXPERIENCE installing gutters to be considered and a clean and valid license. It is also required that any candidate can pass a mandatory drug test and stay drug free for the duration of employment.

Job duties would include leading a team of two to three installers, installing seamless gutters on homes, residential and new construction, in and around the San Antonio and Hill Country area. This is a position full of potential and growth opportunity. Bonus included IF/UPON successful completion of probationary demonstration of experience is completed and verified by other leads (we will fast-track this so bonus can be implemented as quickly as possible). The probationary period typically only takes a week or two to verify experience and ability to meet job qualifications of a LEAD gutter installer.

A GREAT ATTITUDE and a STRONG WORK ETHIC are the main attributes we are looking for in the right person for this position. The right candidate for this position also needs to be able to work well with others as part of a TEAM.

Some Duties of an installer include but are NOT limited to the following:

• Load all job materials into truck with assigned gutter crew each morning at 7am
• Unload materials at each job-site, set up ladders and run out stands
• Measure eaves for all gutter lengths needed.
• Fabricate downspouts and gutters using standard gutter machine mounted in box truck and extrude new seamless gutters
• Install the gutters to the eaves and install the downspouts
• Collect all job materials, tools, and ladders and return them to the trucks for next installation
• Pick up/collect all screws, trash, boxes, shards, etc. to leave the job site better than we found it
• Practice EXCEPTIONAL customer service while on each job-site and RESPECT owner's property
• Typically a Monday through Friday position requiring an occasional weekend
• All gutters will be installed in accordance with standard building practices and local building codes

EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE: Must have prior EXPERIENCE as a LEAD gutter installer. Any applicants without experience need not apply for this particular position.

Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions. Member must be able to problem-solve difficult installations while maintaining efficiency/productivity standards, plan ahead, lead by example, and motivate their team. Reliability and timeliness are also hallmark qualities we expect of an effective lead in this position and are crucial to long-term success. Leads must bring a good, positive attitude at all times. By law, the member must be 18-years-old and pass a drug test as well as a background check.

Member must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record to be eligible for this position. Personal tools are required to complete job duties. Trucks, trailers, and major equipment for job sites are provided.

Must have a minimum of one year of previous LEAD gutter installation experience.
