Title : Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Location : Mt. View Rural Health Clinic; Knott County; Emmalena, KY

Job duties, include, but are not limited to : Provide behavioral health assessments and clinical services in a rural health clinic setting, completion of service documentation in electronic health record.

Requirements : Valid Kentucky LCSW licensure
