Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown

• Provide direct patient care in a stepdown unit.
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions, implementing care plans as needed.
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team regarding changes in patients' status.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and medication management.

Requirements of the RN - Stepdown

• Valid RN license in North Carolina.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience working in a stepdown or progressive care setting preferred.
