Valuation Analyst

We are seeking a Finance Associate to join a growing finance team focused on the valuation of real estate, credit, and related financial instruments. This role combines valuation, portfolio monitoring, financial analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain financial models for real estate, credit, and related investments. Analyze borrower financials, capital structures, and market data to support valuation assumptions. Review property valuations and monitor market and portfolio performance. Prepare valuation analyses and support presentations to internal committees. Partner with third‑party valuation providers and auditors. Monitor portfolio performance, including covenant compliance, liquidity, and borrower developments. Maintain portfolio data and prepare financial reporting and dashboards. Collaborate with investment, investor relations, and business development teams on ad hoc analyses and strategic initiatives. Support process improvements and automation initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 4–7 years of experience in accounting or finance with valuation exposure. Strong financial modeling and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in consulting, Big Four, private capital, or an in‑house finance function. CPA, CFA, ASA, or ABV designation (or progress toward one). Experience with iLevel, Power Query, or similar financial reporting tools. Why Join?
