Line Cook

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will prepare high-quality food, maintain cleanliness and food safety standards, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.

• Set up and stock workstations with all necessary ingredients and supplies.

• Ensure food is prepared quickly, accurately, and consistently.

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work area.

• Monitor food quality and report any shortages or equipment issues.

• Assist with food prep, inventory, and receiving deliveries as needed.

• Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service.

• Properly store food and label products according to company procedures.

• Perform opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred.

• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Food Handler Certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain one).
