Location: Within 40 miles of Jersey City NJ (Hybrid) Pay Range: $65-$70/Hour W2 Required Skills & Qualifications

- Python Development - 5+ years of hands-on experience with Object-Oriented Programming and enterprise application development.
- REST APIs & ReactJS / Full Stack - 3+ years of experience developing RESTful services and modern ReactJS applications.
- Financial Services / Global Markets - 3+ years of Front Office application development experience supporting trading or compliance platforms.
- Quartz Platform - Hands-on experience developing applications on Bank of America Quartz platform.
- Trade Surveillance / Risk / Compliance - Experience building or enhancing surveillance, regulatory, risk, or pricing applications.
- Databases - Strong experience with relational and object databases (Oracle, SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- CI/CD & SDLC - Experience with Git, JIRA, Agile, version control, and continuous integration practices.
- Fixed Income / Equities - Knowledge of financial products and market structures is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
