Human Resources Director

Are you a strategic HR Director or Regional HR Manager overseeing a minimum of 1,500 employees nationwide with revenue of a min of $1B-$2B? Do you have a "seat at the table" partnering with C suite to roll out large-scale HR projects? Our client, a national company in the Dallas area is hiring a new HR Director due to internal growth within the organization. This role will be highly strategic with oversight of a large region with over 1500 employees. You will be focusing on talent development, succession planning, workforce planning, recruiting strategy, and organizational design. The company offers a competitive total compensation package, car allowance and amazing benefits and perks! This is a 100% onsite role....no exceptions and there is 20-30% travel. The successful candidate will possess: Min of a bachelor's degree 10+ years in a strategic HR leadership role Proven success in creating and implementing large scale HR initiatives MUST have experience presenting to C suite, boards, other HR leaders, HRBPs and field executives Must have experience overseeing a large population of employees to include both exempt and craft employees #J-18808-Ljbffr
