- Greet visitors and clients with a warm, professional attitude
- Answer and route incoming calls in English and Spanish using strong phone etiquette
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with general inquiries
- Prepare, edit, and print basic office documents
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Assist with scheduling, calendar updates, and appointment coordination
- Support office staff with administrative tasks and daily workflow
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused office culture
- Bilingual: English & Spanish (required)
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with office software
- Excellent phone communication and customer-service skills
- Friendly personality with a professional demeanor
- Team-player mindset and willingness to support others
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Business-professional attire required
