Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide top-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. The RN will be responsible for delivering advanced critical care services, ensuring patient safety, and adhering to all compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Administer comprehensive critical care treatment to ICU patients in accordance with healthcare protocols.
• Monitor patient conditions closely, documenting vital signs, responses to treatment, and changes in health status.
• Collaborate effectively with medical staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure all clinical documentation, including certifications and work history, is accurate and submitted on time.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety standards, infection control policies, and compliance regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training modules and complete required onboarding within specified timelines.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid California RN license with Nursys verification within the last two weeks.
• Possess current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications from AHA or ARC with valid expiration dates.
• Have at least 2 years of recent ICU experience in a hospital setting.
• Demonstrate ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, critical care environment.
• Exhibit strong communication and teamwork skills.
