This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.Perform service, repair, and adjustment work on impact windows and doorsTroubleshoot and resolve issues involving:Water intrusion and leaksCaulking and sealantsWindow glazingScreens and screen systemsDoor and window hardwareSliding glass doorsInstall replacement parts and complete service-related repairsSafely operate and maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipmentManage inventory, materials, and supplies from a service truckAccurately document completed work and communicate updates to office staffProvide exceptional customer service during all service visitsProven experience servicing, repairing, or installing windows and doorsExperience troubleshooting water leaks, glazing systems, hardware, screens, caulking, and sliding glass doorsProficiency with hand tools and power toolsAbility to work independently and efficiently manage service callsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to safely operate a company truckAbility to lift, move, and safely handle window and door panelsStrong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanshipPrevious experience as a Window Technician, Door Technician, Glass Technician, or Service Technician is highly preferredTop pay in the company for qualified techniciansFull-time, stable employment with an industry leaderOpportunity for advancement within one of Florida's fastest-growing companiesWork with premium impact window and door productsSupportive team environment focused on quality and customer satisfactionOpportunity to build a long-term career with a rapidly expanding organizationBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid trainingVision insuranceWork Location: In person
