Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract opportunity in the Wichita Falls, Texas . The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, create individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions designed to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence.

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) License in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current CPR/BLS Certification preferred
• Previous rehabilitation, skilled nursing, outpatient, home health, or acute care experience preferred
• Strong patient assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Travel experience preferred but not required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate patients and establish individualized treatment plans
• Develop and implement therapeutic exercise programs
• Improve patient mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and endurance
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment goals and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapy assistants, and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to evidence-based therapy practices
• Assist patients in achieving maximum functional independence and improved quality of life
