Details NICU Transport unit within a 615-bed short-term acute care hospital Level II Trauma and Level I Pediatric Trauma designated facility Patient ratio of 1:1 Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) 6 weekend shifts required per 6-week schedule Charting is done in Cerner Requirements Active FL or compact RN license required — no pending licenses accepted Current certifications required: BLS, NRP, and PALS Minimum 2 years of NICU/Peds transport nursing experience required Helicopter and ambulance transport experience required Additional Information Provides neonatal and pediatric critical care during helicopter and ambulance transport Scrub color: Royal Blue No RTO during the contract; RTO requests may be discussed during the interview if applicable Local candidates are not accepted for this position First-time travelers are welcome to apply 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years are required for consideration State Board of Nursing license verification and NURSYS verification required for consideration Benefits Premium medical, dental, vision and life insurance beginning day one of the assignment Generous 401(k) match Substantial housing stipends American Traveler Job ID #P-713419.
