Your Future Role At A GlanceLocation: Nashville, TNFacility: Ascension Saint Thomas WestDepartment: EmergencySchedule: Rotating Shift PRNHow You'll Make An Impact In This RoleDeliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care that supports patient safety, comfort, and positive health outcomes.Develop and manage individualized care plans, closely monitoring patient progress and adjusting care to meet changing needs.Communicate patient updates clearly with physicians and the care team to ensure timely decisions and seamless care delivery.Coordinate care across disciplines, bringing together providers, therapists, and support staff to create a smooth and effective patient experience.Guide discharge planning, helping patients and families transition safely from hospital to home or the next level of care.What Minimum Requirements You'll NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration: Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Pediatric Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
