Therapist responsibilities: Provide structured face‑to‑face or virtual scheduled therapeutic interventions to support and guide in all functional domains: adaptive, communication, personal care, domestic, psychosocial, problem solving, etc., preventing, overcoming, or managing the recipient's level of functioning and enhancing the ability to remain in the community. Provide a variety of strength‑based and focused interventions that address functional problems associated with the most complex and/or pervasive conditions identified, increasing the recipient's ability to cope and relate to others, and enhancing the highest level of community functioning. Able to develop the diagnosis of consumers with all five axes of DSM‑IV. Complete the initial psychiatric assessments including the development of treatment plans and recommendations; provide routine evaluations of service delivery and progress pertinent to behavioral interventions and modification. Conduct family and individual therapy as appropriate. Must be licensed in Washington DC as LICSW, LPC, LGSW or LGPC. #J-18808-Ljbffr
