Medical & Safety Monitoring Analyst

AbbVie seeks a Medical & Safety Monitoring Analyst to support clinical development through data analytics and centralized monitoring projects. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver analytics solutions, develop reporting standards, and generate data-driven insights for clinical studies.
Responsibilities
- Explore transformation opportunities in clinical development and research & development initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define problems, develop solutions, and deliver centralized monitoring projects
- Ensure analytical outputs maintain consistency across projects and follow established design standards
- Support creation of key performance indicators, reports, and statistical analyses based on business needs
- Enable data-driven insights and participate in functional innovation and process improvement efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, analytics, bioinformatics, data science, or equivalent field
- 2 years of data analytics work experience
- 2 years programming experience in R
- 2 years applying statistical and data mining techniques
- 2 years synthesizing stakeholder needs and creating data visualizations
- 2 years analyzing datasets and designing trusted results delivery
- 2 years coordinating cross-functional teams on clinical analytics
Compensation: $122,119.65 - $183,500.00 per year
