We're hiring for multiple Pharmacy Technician opportunities at our Troy, OH closed-door pharmacy. No pharmacy experience? No problem! We provide paid training and will match your skills and experience to the department that's the best fit. Our Pharmacy Technician opportunities include:

• Order Entry Pharmacy Technician Enter prescription information into our pharmacy system while assisting nurses and healthcare providers over the phone with medication orders and questions.
• Fulfillment Operations Technician Operate pharmacy automation, package medications, and prepare prescriptions for delivery in a fast-paced production environment.
• Control Room Technician Package and label controlled substance medications, maintain inventory records, and ensure accurate, secure medication distribution.
• IV Pharmacy Technician Prepare sterile IV medications and support cleanroom operations while following specialized safety and quality standards.

Location: Onsite at our closed-door pharmacy 962 South Dorset Road, Troy, OH 45373 Compensation & Schedules: Starting at $15-$18+ per hour, depending on experience, role, and licensing.

• 2nd Shift: $2.00/hour shift differential o 3:00 PM 11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: $1.00/hour shift differential o 10:30 PM 7:00 AM

Schedules vary by department and includes rotating weekends and holidays. Paid training is provided for all positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Depending on the department you join, responsibilities may include:
• Preparing, packaging, and labeling medications
• Entering prescription information into pharmacy software
• Assisting nurses and healthcare providers over the phone
• Operating pharmacy automation and packaging equipment
• Preparing sterile IV medications (for select positions)
• Managing inventory and pharmacy supplies
• Preparing medications for pharmacist review
• Maintaining accurate documentation and records
• Supporting daily pharmacy operations while ensuring quality, safety, and accuracy

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
