Benefits Personal Care Aide (PCA) pay rate: $18 per hour – paid weekly! PRN / Part-Time / potential to grow hours Shift options: days, evenings, night shifts with some shifts as short as one hour 24/7 contact with an on‑call staff member within Interim HealthCare Free continued education credits Job Duties Assist with daily activities for clients of all ages in the client’s home Assist clients with hygiene, grooming, and comfort needs, i.e., toileting, bathing, companionship Assist with shopping, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship Qualifications Six months’ experience in a comparable job classification, current CNA certification, or completed first semester of nursing school Must be 18 years of age CPR preferred, but not required Two professional references required Valid driver’s license and current car insurance EEO Statement Interim HealthCare is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
