Regulatory & Training Manager

University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is hiring a Regulatory & Training Manager. The role leads clinical research regulatory management, designs onboarding programs for new research personnel, and develops ongoing training to ensure compliance and workforce competency within the Department of Neurology's Neurosciences Clinical Trials Unit. Highlights Lead clinical research regulatory compliance and management processes. Design, implement, and evaluate onboarding programs for new research staff. Develop and deliver ongoing training and professional development initiatives. Collaborate with leadership to assess training needs and establish program objectives. Provide coaching, mentorship, and instruction to faculty, fellows, residents, and research staff. Serve as the regulatory subject matter expert ensuring adherence to federal, state, and institutional requirements. Proficiency required in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 0-2 years of experience or equivalent combination. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree, research regulatory experience, and familiarity with university policies.
