Pharmacist

Pay From: $58.00 per hour

MUST: Experienced Pharmacist Must have a Pharmacist License in Indiana Must have recent inpatient experience

DUTIES:

• Dispense prescription medications to patients and ensure proper dosage and administration
• Review and interpret physician orders to ensure accuracy and appropriateness
• Monitor patient responses to medications and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Provide drug information and education to medical staff and patients
• Conduct medication reconciliation upon patient admission and discharge
• Manage inventory of pharmaceuticals and ensure proper storage conditions
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Perform clinical rounds with physicians and other healthcare providers
• Participate in clinical research and trials as needed
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and other support staff
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies
• Maintain patient records and document medication therapy outcomes
