Impact Signs is a leading provider of high-quality illuminated and non-illuminated signage solutions, known for craftsmanship, innovation, and doing right by our clients. We're growing fast, and we need a motivated Sign Sales Representative to help lead that growth.

• Prospect, qualify, and close new business across Utah.
• Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients — this isn't one-and-done selling
• Collect the details that kick off every project: logos, dimensions, colors, site info, billing details
• Prepare accurate proposals, design concepts, and project timelines
• Partner with our design, permitting, and installation teams to keep projects moving smoothly from concept to completion
• Own your pipeline: manage your CRM, follow up fast, and hit your monthly and annual sales goals

• Proven sales experience — signage, construction, or a related industry is a plus, but a strong track record matters most
• Solid grasp of design-build processes and how to manage a client relationship from pitch to install
• Excellent communication, follow-up, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Self-starter energy — you can manage your time and hit deadlines with minimal oversight
• Comfort with basic computer tools and CRM software
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (regular travel to client sites and job locations is a core part of this role)

We believe great sales performance should be rewarded — generously.

• Base salary based on experience and qualifications, plus 5% commission
• Monthly car allowance
• Company-provided cell phone and laptop
• Base pay on a bi-weekly schedule; commissions paid monthly upon client payment receipt
• PTO, paid holidays, and full benefits eligibility after 90 days
