Job Description:

We are seeking a performance-driven and highly organized Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing initiatives across email, social media, SEO, landing pages, and online reputation management. This role will be responsible for developing campaigns that generate revenue, increase engagement, strengthen student retention, and support the continued growth of Trade With the Pros across both existing and new markets.

The ideal candidate combines creative thinking with a strong analytical mindset and is comfortable managing multiple campaigns in a fast-moving environment. This position will have meaningful ownership of our digital marketing efforts and the opportunity to make a measurable impact from day one.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage email automations, nurture campaigns, audience segments, and win-back sequences.
• Create and optimize landing pages for workshops, virtual events, product launches, and other marketing campaigns.
• Support national and local SEO strategies, including on-page optimization, localized content, and Google Business Profiles.
• Manage the national and local social media strategy, content calendar, and digital creative.
• Monitor and respond to Google and Trustpilot reviews to support brand reputation and local visibility.
• Track performance across digital channels and provide weekly and monthly reporting with clear insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Two to four years of digital marketing experience, preferably in performance or growth marketing.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing, automation, segmentation, deliverability, social media, and SEO.
• Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM and marketing automation platform.
• Experience creating landing pages and managing multiple digital campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly.
• Experience in financial education, events, or direct-response marketing is a plus.
