Job Title: Superintendent 
Job Location: Columbia, SC
Salary: $120k-$150k
Requirements: 5+ years as a construction Superintendent. Experience on projects related to Commercial, Industrial, hotels, etc.

What You Will Be Doing

• Provide comprehensive field oversight on projects
• Manage subcontractors and all on-site personnel
• Lead the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, and ensuring adherence to safety standards

What You Need for this Position

• 5+ Years Experience as Construction Superintendent
• Experience on commercial, Industrial, hotels, or related projects 
• Ground-Up or TI
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
