Bright Now! Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to join our Vancouver, WA team. This role is key to delivering an exceptional patient experience while managing front office operations, scheduling, and financial coordination.

Schedule (days/hours)

Friday 8-5pm, Saturday 8-4pm

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide a friendly, professional first impression
• Schedule, confirm, and optimize appointments to support office productivity
• Verify dental insurance benefits and clearly explain coverage and costs
• Assist with billing, claims processing, and patient payments
• Present treatment plans and support case acceptance when needed
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Manage incoming calls and patient communications efficiently

Qualifications

• Required: Prior dental office experience (front office/PCC role preferred)
• Strong understanding of dental insurance, billing, and scheduling workflows
• Orthodontic experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting

Compensation

19.00-21.00
