ABOUT THE POSITION
Are you ready to step into a dynamic role where you’ll be instrumental in driving the success of our internet sales department? Pohanka Automotive Group is seeking an Internet Sales Manager who is passionate about leading a growing sales department and being an integral part of the success of the team. The ideal candidate is someone with a proven track record as a successful Sales Professional, a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a proven ability to train and motivate a team who thrives in a fast-paced and professional workplace.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Send and reply to emails
- Sell and purchase vehicles
- Internet traffic management and lead distribution
- Basic product knowledge
- Building customer relationships
- Attend manager meetings
- Daily reporting

QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior sales experience
- Prior leadership experience
- Drive to meet, and exceed, sales quotas and goals
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers and dealership personnel
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially phone and email
- Commitment to ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Fluency in English and Spanish highly preferred

The Pohanka Family of Dealerships has been serving the Washington DC Metropolitan area, starting as a single-service repair facility back in 1919. Pohanka Auto Group has grown to 21 dealerships throughout Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, and Texas.
