Industrial Maintenance Technician

Evening Shift 7p-7a; Rotating Schedule

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairing and replacing equipment, fixtures, and systems
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively
- Respond to maintenance requests from various departments or tenants in a timely manner
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed to ensure proper functioning of equipment
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document maintenance activities
- Supervise and coordinate the work of other maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain a high level of customer service when interacting with tenants or other stakeholders

Experience:
- Previous experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a commercial or residential setting
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools for repairs and installations
- Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and tracking
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively supervise and coordinate a team
