What We Need: Kellam Home Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Lead to oversee residential system installations, ensuring top-tier quality and efficiency. You’ll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service while leading and mentoring a team of installers. Your Role Lead installation projects with precision, efficiency, and a commitment to excellence. Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to company and industry standards. Mentor and train install team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and answer any questions. Collaborate with project managers and coordinators to complete jobs on time. Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site to ensure smooth installations. Maintain accurate documentation of installations and job details. Qualifications Proven HVAC Installation Experience – Minimum of 3 years in residential HVAC installation. Leadership & Mentorship – Ability to guide and develop a team of installers. Customer-Centric Approach – Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Detail-Oriented & Organized – Ability to manage multiple jobs efficiently. Technical Expertise – Strong knowledge of HVAC installation, ductwork, and ventilation. Valid Driver’s License – A clean driving record is required (company policy: must be 21+ years old). What’s in It for You?
