A positive, fun work environment where you will be treated with respect Many opportunities to grow within the company Bartenders start at $10/hr + tips and tip out (5% of server drink sales) Responsibilities Greeting customers, taking their orders, and providing fast, friendly service Preparing cocktails and pouring beer Delivering food and drinks to tables using a serving tray Cleaning tables, washing dishes, sweeping and mopping, and other cleaning tasks as needed Setting the next shift up for success by maintaining a clean work environment, washing and rolling silverware, stocking condiments and napkins, and other tasks as needed Qualifications Friendly and outgoing personality Ability to listen and communicate effectively Willingness to learn new skills Desire to be a part of a great team in a fun environment Ability to walk and stand for at least eight hours At least one year of bartending experience is required!
