Studio Host Opportunity At East County Performing Arts Center

Join our growing team at East County Performing Arts Center as we expand into Pleasanton! At ECPAC, we believe in more than just great dancingwe are committed to building confidence, character, and community through the performing arts. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Studio Host who will serve as the welcoming face of our studio.

This role is perfect for someone who loves working with families, thrives in an organized environment, and enjoys being part of a positive, high-energy arts community.

What You'll Do:

Be the first smile families see.

• Greet students and families warmly as they enter the studio
• Create a welcoming, professional environment at all times

Manage communication with excellence.

• Answer and forward emails in a timely and professional manner
• Answer phones and assist with parent inquiries
• Direct questions to appropriate team members

Support enrollment and retention.

• Track and follow up on trial classes
• Assist with new student enrollment
• Support student retention efforts by ensuring families feel informed and cared for

Be a team player.

• Provide support to teachers during class transitions
• Help communicate schedule updates or announcements
• Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed

Maintain studio standards.

• Keep the lobby, front desk, and shared areas clean and organized
• Support a polished and professional studio environment

What We're Looking For:

• Warm, confident communicator who enjoys working with children and families
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional and dependable
• Strong customer service mindset
• Comfortable using email, scheduling software, and basic office systems

Experience in customer service, administration, or youth programs is preferred (but not required).

Position Details:

Schedule: MondayFriday, 3:00 PM 7:00 PM We are looking for 12 team members to cover this schedule.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour plus tuition benefits Benefits: Tuition perks, 401(k) eligibility, paid sick time
