What You'll Do: Client Service & Relationship Management

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client requests via phone, email, and text
\n
• Deliver a high-touch, professional client experience
\n
• Assist with account servicing and administrative requests
\n
• Coordinate client onboarding and account setup
\n
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
\n
• Work with corporate home office partners to resolve service issues
\n

Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up

\n
• Prepare client review meeting materials
\n
• Organize account and client information before meetings
\n
• Develop reports, presentations, and supporting documents
\n
• Track follow-up activities and client action items
\n
• Ensure all requests are completed accurately and on time
\n

Operations & Practice Management

\n
• Utilize Salesforce CRM and other technology tools to manage workflows
\n
• Support advisors in preparing for client meetings
\n
• Coordinate operational and administrative processes
\n
• Assist with compliance and documentation requirements
\n
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance the client experience
\n

Required Qualifications

\n
• 2+ years of client service, administrative, operations, or relationship management experience
\n
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
\n
• Professional phone and interpersonal skills
\n
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
\n
• Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills
\n
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
\n
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365
\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n
• Experience in wealth management, financial services, banking, insurance, or professional services
\n
• Experience using Salesforce CRM, Redtail, Wealthbox, or similar systems
\n
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
\n
