Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) - Indiana

Responsibilities
- Assist surgeons by passing instruments and supplies during procedures.
- Prepare and maintain the operating room before, during, and after surgeries.
- Ensure all surgical equipment is sterilized and functioning properly.
- Work collaboratively with the surgical team to deliver efficient patient care.
- Follow safety protocols and infection control standards.
Shifts
- 3 12-hour Day shifts (36 hours/week, considered full-time) with start/end times of 7 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) from an accredited program.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong understanding of surgical procedures, instruments, and sterile techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
