Overview Warehouse & Logistics Associate for its Vancouver, Washington operation. This onsite position supports an approximately 4,000-square-foot warehouse and combines material handling, shipment preparation, inventory support, logistics coordination, local deliveries, and light administrative responsibilities. The warehouse supports specialized equipment and hardware utilized by engineering, technical, and field teams. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. This role is designed for someone who enjoys a hands‑on environment and is interested in supporting project operations from behind the scenes while developing valuable logistics and warehouse experience. Key Responsibilities Pick equipment, tools, hardware, and project materials from approved shipment lists, work orders, or bills of material. Verify part numbers, descriptions, quantities, and material condition before release. Pack, label, stage, and prepare outgoing materials for shipment. Coordinate parcel, freight, courier, and local deliveries. Prepare and maintain shipping labels, tracking information, packing slips, and related documentation. Receive, unload, inspect, stock, and organize incoming materials. Assist with inventory control, material reconciliation, returns, transfers, and restocking activities. Monitor shipment status and communicate shortages, delays, damages, or discrepancies. Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. Support field teams by ensuring accurate and timely material fulfilment. Coordinate with procurement, project management, engineering, and field personnel regarding material requests. Make local deliveries and material transfers as needed. Safely load, transport, secure, and unload materials during deliveries. Assist with filing, shipment records, and other basic administrative tasks. Support incoming shipment acceptance and receiving activities when warehouse leadership is offsite. Learn product nomenclature, material groupings, and project-specific packaging requirements. All other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Ability to work onsite in Vancouver, Washington five days per week. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Dependable work ethic and strong follow-through. Ability to accurately work from pick lists, shipment documents, work orders, and material requests. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft 365 applications and Excel. Valid driver’s license and driving record that meet company requirements. Ability and willingness to make local deliveries. Ability to lift and move materials weighing approximately 50 pounds or more, with appropriate assistance or equipment when necessary. Ability to remain active throughout the workday, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, loading, and unloading materials. Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities. Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, logistics, inventory, shipping and receiving, or material coordination experience. Forklift experience or certification. OSHA 10 certification preferred. OSHA 30 certification is highly desired. Experience supporting telecommunications, wireless, low-voltage, electrical, construction, engineering, field services, industrial equipment, or technology hardware environments. Experience using warehouse-management, inventory, ERP, purchasing, or shipping systems. Experience coordinating shipments for technicians, project teams, or field personnel. Work Environment / Additional Information Full-time onsite position in Vancouver, Washington. Warehouse environment with regular lifting, loading, unloading, packing, and movement of materials. Daily workload may vary depending on project demands and shipment volume. Occasional schedule flexibility may be needed to support priority deliveries and shipments. Local deliveries required.
