Medical Assistant

We Care Pediatrics

Job Description

The Medical Assistant will play a vital role in our Primary Care Clinic, supporting both Physicians and Nurse Practitioners to deliver high-quality patient care. This position encompasses a blend of clinical and administrative duties designed to ensure smooth clinic operations and excellent patient experiences. There are no travel requirements, and the role offers opportunities for growth through in-house training programs.

Responsibilities

Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
Measure and record vital signs accurately
Manage and maintain patient medical records
Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups
Document patient information and clinical notes
Collect specimens for laboratory analysis
Assist with basic clinical procedures under supervision
Communicate effectively with patients to provide instructions and answer questions
Operate and maintain medical equipment as needed
Provide administrative support to clinic staff
