Position Overview

SHASHI is seeking an experienced, highly organized Senior Account Manager to oversee and optimize our portfolio of 10–15 existing major retail accounts, manage the account management team, and ensure seamless coordination between sales, production, inventory, and shipping.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused exclusively on maximizing existing accounts, operational efficiency, team management, and flawless execution. No new business development, sourcing, or outside industry connections are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize 10–15 existing major wholesale accounts.
• Manage, train, and lead the account management team, ensuring accountability, organization, and efficiency.
• Act as the central connection between sales, production, inventory, and shipping to ensure smooth order execution.
• Oversee purchase orders, replenishment, production timelines, deliveries, cancellations, and RTVs.
• Analyze selling reports and proactively identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Implement efficient workflows, reporting systems, and clear communication across departments.
• Maintain strong communication with existing retail buyers and ensure all accounts receive exceptional attention and service.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of wholesale account management experience, ideally in fashion, jewelry, or accessories.
• Proven experience managing teams and overseeing multiple major retail accounts.
• Strong operational skills connecting sales, production, and fulfillment.
• Exceptional organization, leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to improve processes, drive accountability, and maximize existing account performance.
• Wholesale ERP experience preferred.

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses tied to growth and optimization of existing accounts.
