The District Manager will lead car wash managers, ensuring that teams are motivated, well-trained, and equipped to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional service. Compensation Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications/. For the purpose of this role, the minimum salary opportunity is: PAY- $80,000-$100,000.00 per year Essential Functions And Responsibilities Operational Excellence: Oversees the operational procedures of multiple car wash sites, ensuring they meet the company's standards for quality, service, and cleanliness. Sales and Membership Growth: Actively drives the growth of membership enrollments at each site, implementing strategies to attract and retain members. Leadership and Communication: Provides leadership, direction, and support to store managers. Communicates effectively, offering regular feedback, coaching, and development opportunities. Financial Management: Monitors financial performance, including revenue and expenses, of each site. Implements strategies to increase profitability. Customer Satisfaction: Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Responds to customer complaints, resolving issues swiftly and effectively. Compliance and Safety: Ensures all locations comply with health and safety regulations. Proactively manages and mitigates job hazards related to the environment, equipment, and chemicals used in the car wash process. Performance Monitoring: Conducts regular site visits, audits, and reviews to assess the performance of each location, identifying areas for improvement. Team Development: Recruits, trains, and motivates site managers and staff to achieve their fullest potential and meet sales targets. Strong Communication skills to motivate others. Proven capabilities in solving business challenges. Ability to set priorities and complete tasks. Ability to train, develop and mentor Store personnel. Excellent project and process management skills.
