Division Order Analyst

Oil And Gas Lease SpecialistUnder the guidance and supervision of a supervisor and/or mentor: determine working interests and burdens associated with interests based on title analysis; create and maintain revenue decks; maintain joint interest billing decks; ensure the alignment of interests in Well Master, JVA and PRA; support owner relations inquiries for area of responsibility; analyze oil and gas leases to determine the impact specific provisions will have on royalty payments and corresponding Division Order obligations; recognize and develop solutions for non-routine ownership issues and payments.Essential Roles & ResponsibilitiesAnswer inquiries from other departments, other companies and from interest ownersCreate and maintain revenue decks under the direct supervision of supervisor and/or mentorMaintain JIB decksEnsure alignment of Company interest between systems of record (Well Master/JVA/PRA)Process pay code changes and ownership transfers under limited guidance/supervision of mentor or higher-level analystsSupport owner relations inquiries for area of responsibility and act as DO owner relations backup when necessaryEnsure thorough and accurate compliance with contract terms and obligationsMentor Land Administration Techs and lower level Division Order AnalystsContinually research, interpret and deliver relevant and necessary information to perform operationsEstablish and cultivate strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersConduct business with the highest ethical standards; demonstrate decision-making skills that ensure the safety of all persons associated with SM facilitiesOther duties as assignedComputer/Software ApplicationsHas a solid knowledge of own discipline and a broader knowledge of other industry disciplines.Has completed all needed training/courses/workshops/seminars required in level I and is now applying the concepts and skills on the job.
