Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) for practicing SLP in Pennsylvania
• Previous experience in school settings preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical rotations are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students

Sample Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring speech therapy services
• Work closely with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support each child’s unique needs
• Provide direct therapy services, both individual and group, in accordance with IEP goals
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and annual review sessions
• Maintain accurate records and progress documentation in compliance with applicable laws and guidelines
