HVAC Sales Consultant

We're looking for a high-performing Comfort Advisor with a proven track record of closing high-ticket in-home sales, generating same-day commitments, and consistently following up on open opportunities. This role is ideal for a motivated, results-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, confidently overcomes objections, manages their sales pipeline with urgency, and knows how to turn qualified leads into high-ticket in-home sales. Position Overview This is a full-time in-home sales position where you'll meet with homeowners who have requested consultations for HVAC system replacements and home comfort solutions. You'll assess their needs, recommend the best solution for their home and budget, present financing options, and guide them through the purchasing process. Success in this role requires more than just delivering great presentations - you'll also be expected to actively follow up with your leads, build relationships throughout the sales process, and consistently convert opportunities into closed sales. Top performers have the opportunity to earn a six-figure income with uncapped commissions. Responsibilities Meet with qualified homeowners for scheduled in-home consultations. Deliver confident, professional sales presentations that build value and urgency. Ask for the sale and consistently work toward same-day closes whenever possible. Skillfully overcome objections and negotiate with confidence. Aggressively follow up on open estimates through calls, emails, and text messages to maximize your close rate. Manage your sales pipeline with urgency and ensure no qualified lead goes untouched. Present financing options that help homeowners move forward with their investment. Build trust while maintaining a results-oriented sales approach. Stay knowledgeable on HVAC systems, indoor air quality products, financing options, rebates, and promotions. Work closely with installation and operations teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience. What We're Looking For Proven success closing high-ticket in-home sales. A competitive mindset with a strong desire to win and exceed sales goals. Confident asking for the sale and overcoming objections. Comfortable following up persistently and consistently until every opportunity is closed or lost. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational and pipeline management skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Experience in HVAC, home improvement, remodeling, roofing, windows, solar, bathrooms, kitchens, or other high-ticket residential sales is highly preferred.
