We specialize in high-quality inspections, repairs, and full replacements, delivering a customer-first experience built on trust, education, and results.

We are hiring motivated Outside Sales Representatives to engage with homeowners, perform inspections, and close high-value restoration projects.

• Base pay starting at $70,000 annually plus uncapped commission

What You'll Be Doing

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods to identify potential customers and generate interest in roofing, remodeling, and restoration services
  
• Engage homeowners in a professional, friendly manner to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
  
• Perform roof inspections and assess property conditions to support recommendations
  
• Present and sell restoration services including roofing, siding, and related exterior work
  
• Track daily activity, leads, and sales performance to consistently improve close rates
  
• Work independently while managing time, routes, and follow-ups effectively
  

What You'll Need

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit (if required locally)
  
• Comfortable with physical activity including walking neighborhoods and climbing ladders
  
• Willing to travel locally to assigned neighborhoods and office locations as needed
  
• Strong communication skills and a self-motivated attitude
  
• Comfortable working in a performance-based, commission-driven environment
