In this role, you will work directly with banks and regulated enterprises to design, implement, and deploy secure, scalable solutions in production environments.You will operate at the intersection of engineering, product, compliance, and customer delivery—translating regulatory, security, operational, and business requirements into high-quality technical implementations. Beyond deployments, you will help shape and build product capabilities that solve critical financial institution business problems, ensuring our platform evolves to meet real-world enterprise needs.This role requires strong technical depth, comfort navigating regulated environments, product thinking, and the ability to build trust with senior technical and business stakeholders.RESPONSIBILITIESEmbed with enterprise financial institution customers during discovery, design, implementation, and go-liveTranslate regulatory, security, compliance, and business requirements (e.g., SOC 2, PCI, FFIEC, GLBA) into technical designs and deployment plansPartner with customers to deeply understand their operational and strategic business challenges, and design solutions that drive measurable outcomesDesign and build secure integrations using APIs, event-driven systems, and data pipelinesContribute production-grade code and reusable components that evolve into core product capabilitiesImplement solutions that meet performance, resiliency, auditability, and availability standardsServe as technical lead for customer deployments, including architecture reviews and risk assessmentsCollaborate closely with product, platform, security, and compliance teams to influence roadmap and prioritize features based on customer needsIdentify systemic gaps across deployments and convert them into scalable product enhancementsTroubleshoot complex issues across application, infrastructure, data, and security layersDevelop reusable reference architectures, deployment patterns, and best practices for regulated environmentsTravel requirement ~ 40/50% to customer sitesEXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGETypically requires a Bachelor’s degree in (relevant degree) and a minimum of 12 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 8+ years of experience; or equivalent related work experience.This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.Health & WellnessHybrid Work OpportunitiesFlexible Time OffCareer Development & Mentoring ProgramsHealth & Wellness Benefits, including competitive health insurance offerings and generous paid parental leave for eligible new parentsCommunity Volunteering & Company Philanthropy ProgramsEmployee Peer Recognition Programs – “You Earned it”Click here to find out more about the benefits we offer.Our Culture & Commitment:We’re proud to foster a supportive, inclusive environment where career growth, collaboration, and wellness are prioritized.
