Financial Analyst

We’re looking for a Financial Analyst to join a fast-paced manufacturing operation and take ownership of key accounting, reporting, and financial analysis activities. You’ll work closely with plant finance, engineering, and program teams while gaining exposure to the financial side of manufacturing operations. What You’ll Own Analyze actual vs. budget and forecast performance Support month-end close, journal entries, and general ledger activity Manage fixed asset, capital expenditure, and balance sheet reconciliations Track program-related purchase orders, spending, and financial performance Assist with budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and audits Partner with Engineering, Program Management, AP, and AR teams What We’re Looking For 5+ years of accounting within a manufacturing environment Professional accounting designation such as CMA, CPA, CGA, CA, or equivalent Strong accounting, reconciliation, and financial analysis skills Advanced comfort working with Microsoft Excel and financial data Automotive manufacturing experience is a plus Why This Opportunity Hands-on exposure to both finance and manufacturing operations Broad responsibilities beyond traditional reporting Cross-functional visibility with engineering and operational teams Opportunity to work closely with the Assistant Controller and Controller #J-18808-Ljbffr iRiS Recruiting Solutions
