Customer Service Specialist

Akkodis is seeking an RMA Customer Service Representative for a Contract job with a client in Carson, CA. The ideal candidate must have experience handling returns, customer inquiries, and order coordination within CRM/ERP systems, along with strong communication and problem?solving skills.

Rate Range: $21.50/hour to $23.00/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

RMA Customer Service Representative job responsibilities include:

* Manage the end?to?end RMA process, including issuing RMA numbers, tracking returns, and ensuring closure of cases.

* Verify warranty eligibility and return conditions, ensuring compliance with company policies.

* Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding returns, replacements, and product concerns.

* Provide timely status updates, resolutions, and communication to maintain strong customer relationships.

* Coordinate with sales, operations, quality, and finance teams to ensure smooth processing of returns and credits.

* Maintain accurate data in ERP/CRM systems and generate reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Desired Qualifications:

* High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, RMA coordination, logistics, or sales support.

* Experience using CRM/ERP systems for order tracking and customer management.

* Understanding of warranty processes, returns logistics, and product lifecycle.

* Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.

* Excellent communication, organization, and problem?solving skills.

* Ability to work in a fast?paced, cross?functional environment with a customer-first mindset.

Pay Details: $21.50 to $23.00 per hour
