Klamath Falls Honda is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Automotive Deal Clerk to join our growing team! In this role, you'll support the dealership by processing deals, maintaining accounting schedules, and ensuring accurate documentation that keeps operations running smoothly.

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Compensation : $20-25 DOE

What You Will Do:

• Process retail, wholesale, and new/used car deals.
• Reconcile Finance Reserve Statements.
• Manage weekly and monthly accounting schedules (pending, reserve, inventory).
• Receipt funding and monitor pending/Contracts-In-Transit.
• Stock in new purchases and new vehicles.
• Process trade payoffs.
• Complete A/R tasks including deferred and down payment receipts (every Friday).
• Register Ally warranties once funded.
• Submit and track warranty cancellations and reimbursement.
• Maintain accurate filing in accordance with dealership record retention.
• Provide interdepartmental communication and support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with retail, new and wholesale preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Basic accounting principles.
• Experience maintaining and cleaning accounting schedule.
• Effective inter-department communication.
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality.
• Enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new technology.

This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
